Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be provided. Once your tracking number has been sent, the package is no longer our responsibility. If the package arrives open, broken, or in poor condition, it is not our responsibility. DosmilCinco is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this happens, you have the option to file a claim through USPS.
